Request permanent deletion of your Neurise account and associated data

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@mirascience.com from the email address associated with your Neurise account.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address you sign in with, if different.
We will verify your request and confirm once it has been processed.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, facility, and role information)
Your conversation history and transcripts with the AI assistant
Your health data connection (Samsung Health / Health Connect / Apple Health link, including synced health metrics)
Authentication records tied to your account

Timing

We process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been permanently removed from our systems.

⚠️ This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your conversation history and health data connections cannot be recovered.
