Everything you need to get started with your AI Health Assistant
Neurise uses passwordless email sign-in. You never need to remember a password — we send a secure one-time code to your email address each time you log in.
Your session is securely stored on your device. You will not need to sign in again unless you explicitly log out or your session expires. When that happens, simply tap Continue with Email to re-authenticate.
After signing in you land on the Home screen. The top navigation bar shows a greeting ("Hi, [Your Name]!"), and two icons in the top-right corner: a clock (Conversation History) and a person (Profile).
If you haven't had any conversations yet, you'll see an encouraging empty state: "Get personalized health insights and guidance through natural voice conversations." Once conversations begin, real-time chat bubbles appear here.
A pulsing red dot and "Listening…" label appear above the button. The button background glows red to confirm the session is live. Chat bubbles fill the screen as the conversation progresses — the view scrolls automatically to the latest message.
Neurise requires microphone access to hear you. If you accidentally denied the permission, go to your device's Settings → Apps → Neurise → Permissions → Microphone and enable it, then return to the app.
Tap the clock icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen to open your Conversation History.
Each past conversation appears as a card showing:
Pull down on the list to refresh it. The list also loads automatically when you first open the screen.
If you haven't had any conversations, the screen shows "No conversations yet — Start a voice conversation to see it here." Head back to the Home screen and tap the microphone button to begin.
Tap the person icon in the top-right corner of the Home screen.
Linking your wearable or health app lets Neurise personalise its insights using your real activity, sleep, and biometric data. All data is handled securely via the Terra health platform.
Once your health source is connected, trigger a sync from the Profile screen:
Below the provider name you will see "Last synced: X ago" — for example, "Last synced: 3h ago" — showing when data was most recently pulled from your health source.
Open Profile → Settings and toggle the Dark Theme switch. The change takes effect immediately across the entire app and is remembered the next time you open Neurise.
Scroll to the bottom of the Profile screen and tap the red Logout button. You will be returned to the Login screen. Your conversation history is stored on our servers and will be available the next time you sign in.
The button is disabled while a request is in progress. A loading indicator may be visible — wait for it to complete. If it stays stuck, check your internet connection and try again.
Neurise needs microphone access to hear you. If you denied the permission, go to Settings → Apps → Neurise → Permissions → Microphone and enable it. Return to the app and try again.
A red error message appears below the microphone button. Common causes:
Tap the Refresh icon (top-right of the Profile screen) to reload your account details. If the error persists, check your internet connection or log out and back in.
The Terra health service needs a moment to initialise after you open the Profile screen. Tap the Refresh icon at the top-right and wait a few seconds. Also ensure Health Connect is installed on your device (available from the Play Store).
A red error message appears in the Health Data card. Common causes:
A red error message appears briefly below the sync button. Try again after a few minutes. If the problem persists, disconnect and reconnect your health source from the Profile screen.
If you've had conversations but they are not showing, pull down to refresh the list. Conversations appear after they are saved (status: completed).
For your security, Neurise logs you out automatically if your session token expires. Simply tap Continue with Email to sign back in — your conversations and health connection are still saved.
